I told you about my petite fever in my last post (Which I have had for couple of months now and it's been horrible for the past week). I have been comparing different petites for the whole weekend and decided that I'm going to get a 26cm doll and not 35cm which I told before. XD

So, I've been looking and pondering for hours and days different molds going "not this one.. not this one either, naw, maybe, hmm.. quite nice mold, naw, horrible, maybe, maaaaybe, aww quite cute, no <<, maybe, no, no, no..." for all the companies and molds that there are. Then yesterday I found a mold, that hit me hard and stopped me.

It was Ocean Moon Eun-Ryoung.

I was supposed to look around a bit, collect some money, wait for couple of months to half a year...and bam. I found myself today pushing the ordering button and now she's already paid.

Look out guys! When you find the one doll for you, youre srewed. X_x

I have had a huuuuuge petite feveri for weeks now and It's just going worse. I've been looking petite picture almost everyday and I have narrowed my needs down to ~35cm doll and to be more exact, to Narsha or Minoruworld. With Narsha, I'd need to change her head (off with her head! >:D) for the head woudn't be what the char would need. And with the Minoruworld I narrowed the head down to Clare or Minoru. It's a pity, but I can't find any owner pictures of Ted anywhere D: Tho, I think he has too big nose! And Layla is really pretty, but doesn't look like the char should.

And and and.. Maybe Minoru smiles too much. :o The char doesn't smile that much, but I love minoru's eyes. But Clare is overall bit more the char, but Minorus eyes are so pretty. Tough choice.

...or then I'll take some bigger head for her. XD I'd like her to have quite small body and big head. And Narsha body might be more chubby, which would be cuter. :3

I dunno, I dunno. But my sister drew the char just like she is supposed to look like. XD

Funny things. And a lesson time.

Life does funny things. When you just think that things are bad, they turn to be great, even if they are just the same.

Take my walls.

I decided to reform my walls in one of the rooms. You know. Make the surface even, paint it with grey, embellish it with lighter gray and put bit glittery, quite pretentious wallpaper (with glint of copper and silver colours and black/grey curly patters) to one wall in the room.

When I started, I took out my wallpapers just to see that the walls were in original shape from the 70's. Meaning:
- full of holes. (1x1mm. Million of them.)
- 3 different kind of materials used.
- scrapes
- really uneven surface. And I mean Reeaaaaallly.
- one material of it was some "sand" kind of stuff, which came down if it was touched.

...

Well, I tried to do magic with it, but I failed miserably. I tried to even it, but as it was really uneven, it didn't really matter what I did to it. It was still uneven. With the exeption that now it had 4 different kinds of materials in the wall and it was still full of 1x1mm holes..

Well. After I kicked the wall, almost threw stuff out of window I painted the whole room with grey, which turned out to be almost black. (I didn't mind that actually) I painted the room 4 times, and because of the uneven surface... it was different colour in every part of the wall, the scratches were visible and the holes were there still. The wall was horrid. Really.

After banging my head to the wall, I was ready to give up. And I kinda did. But for some reason, I decided to put up the wallpaper to the one wall that I was originally supposed to.. and... now the horrid, scraped walls fit to the room, like they were supposed to look like that from the start. o_o Really. They looked.. like they really belonged to the room along with the wallpaper. With that glittery, pretentious wallpaper. If I would have succeeded on what I tried.. it would have been boring.
So, the room looks nice, because of the uneven, scraped grey wall.

Thus, two lessons.

Sometimes.. failing isn't as bad as it first feels. Something good might come out of it. :)

And even if something might looks bad/ugly at first glance... it might turn out to be irreplaceable even if we didn't see it first.

So I hope that next time you fail, something good comes out of it. <3

P.s. My mom get's the thanks for the wallpapers in the one wall. She helped me put them up. *3*

Tjoo-o. Ihana päivä. Kello on vasta 10 ja rekkalastillinen asioita on kerennyt jo mennä pieleen.

Pitkä turha rantti cutissa.

Koko ihana päivähän alkoi siis siitä, että tullessani kahdeltatoista nukkumaan, en saanut unta, otin nukahtamislääkkeen ja valvoin senkin yli, enkä siis nukkunut siltikään. Alkoi siis loistavasti, heti alusta.

Herättyäni aamulla, nostaessani yhtä paperia, tämä viilsi haavan sormitaipeeseen ja arvatkaa 2x tuntuuko se vieläkin kokoajan. Voi kyllä <3

Päivä jatkui kouluun lähdöllä ja matkalla huomasin, että rakas vuosia kestänyt, eilen vielä täysin toiminut mp3 soittimeni lopetti yhteistyönsä tänään, eikä sitä ole korjattavissa. Joten se siitä rakkaasta eletroniikkalelusta.

Ja bussi pysäkillä huomasin myös kadottaneeni bussilippuni, eikä sitä löytynyt mistään. (Kyllä, se on täysin kadonnut, se ei ole tippunut matkalle, eikä ole kotona. Tarkistin nyt kun tulin kotiin. Jee. Saan ostaa uuden lipunkin.)

Nooh... Anellen ja pyydellen pyysin päästä bussin kyytiin, jotta pääsen ruotsin sanakokeeseen, joka pidettiin nyt aamulla, sillä olin lukenut tähän 2 viikkoa, joka päivä ja varmasti osasin sanat miten päintahansa. (voitte kyllä ehkä arvata tämänkin lopputuloksen jo!) Noh, kiltti bussikuski päästi matkaan ja pääsin koululle.

Opettaja sitten päätti olla 20 minuuttia myöhässä, vittuili koko tunnin ajan, sanoi kokoajan että juu, ihan juuri pidetään kokeet ja valmistauduimme henkisesti kokoajan uudestaan ja uudestaan kokeeseen, mutta ei, meidän piti mennä nyt ensin tauolle. (Yleensä hän pitää kokeen ensitilassa ja pääsemme pois ahdistumasta.)

Noh, tauollehan lähdettiin, vähän lepuuttamaan hermoja, ennen koetta. Noh, ajattelin sitten lähteä hakemaan suklaata tahi Batteryä ja kahvilaan päästyäni, katselin että jes! lyhyt jono ja juuri kun olin kävelemässä jonoon, toisesta ovesta, joka oli lähempänä jonoa kuin minä, räjähti jonoon luokallinen (n. 24 ihmistä) ennen minua. .. .. joten jätimpä suklaan ostamatta ja siirryin limuautomaatille, josta battery oli of course, loppu.

Noh, alkaessani olemaan jo "hakkaampa päätäni tosissani seinään" olossa tunnin lopulla, Opettaja päätti vihdoin ja viimein pitää ne helvetin pistarit.

(...ja näköjään tätä kirjoittaessani, minulta alkoi juuri valua verta nenusta. Jatkuu hyvin <3)

Sainpas kokeen kätösiini ja voi kyllä, siinä kysyttiin verbejä, mistä oli koe. Ongelma vain oli siinä, että oikeat verbit piti laittaa oikeassa taivutusmuodossaan tekstin sekaan. Eihän siinä mitään, mutta kun en ymmärtänyt täysin niitä lauseita.. Ja kaiken lisäksi, sain oikeat verbit ja osasin täysin niiden taivutusmuodot, jotka kirjoitin paperin reunaan, mutta pahaksi onnekseni, koska en ymmärtänyt lauseita täysin, valitsin väärät taivutusmuodot --> koe hylätty.
Ei auttanut kuulemma, että osasin kaikki epäsäännölliset verbit ulkoa ja jokaisen taivutusmuodon ja päädyin sitten olemaan luokan ainoa, joka sai hylätyn kokeesta ja olin ainoa joka oli lukenut tähän tosissaan.

.... tässä vaiheessa juoksin jo suoraa päätä ulos koulusta, sillä en halunnut edes nähdä mitä loppupäivä tuo tulleessaan ja juostessani bussipysäkille, näen bussini kaartavan juuri pysäkistä ohi... ja bussinihan menee 30m välein tähän aikaan. ^^ Hakkasin sitten hieman aikaa päätäni seinään läheisellä r-kioskin tiiliseinällä ja johan tuli vähän parempi olo.

(on the side note: Minulle oli kokoajan jäätävän kylmä vastatuuli, kävelin mihin suuntaan tahansa. Oikeasti. En ymmärrä miten. Eihän se tuuli voi oikeasti vaihtaa suuntaansa 90 astetta, eihän?)

Noh kuitenkin, päätin sitten mennä junalle vastatuulessa kotiin ja tämä matka meni jopa yllättävän hyvin. Vain yksi juna meni nenän edestä, junassa oli rääkyvä kakara, jotain halvatun jengiläisiä, jotka tuijottivat minua (lienenköhän näyttänyt niin kettuuntuneelta?) ja kompastuin melkein portaissa. Tämä siis oli sentään normaalia. Ja yllätys, pääsin kotiinkin viimoin.

Nyt sitten Haavaan, päähän, vatsaan ja jalkaan (jonka onnistuin potkaisemaan johonkin jossain välissä) sattuu ja tekee mieli purra pää joltain irti, mutta sentään minulla on suklaata ja maitoa. Joten kyllä tämä tästä näköjään vielä.

Nom. Yoru as Akando.

I took sum pictures of him, at last. :) So, let me introduce him. He will be having another head along with this one, but I haven't faceupped it yet. It is dreaming one and will have more evil faceup than this one >:3 this will be the "human head".

I got him two weeks ago, but it took me couple of weeks to do everything I wanted to him. Faceupping, blushing, stringing, drooling over him, making clothes and stuff, you know how it goes.

He got new shoulder tattoo and he has still his old vertebra tattoo. (Yes, he always had it. Now it's just more decent one..) Unfortunately, a bit of his shoulder tattoo chipped off and I noticed it when I was photographing so there's a chip in the tattoo :<

1. How many dolls do you have? :: 6.5 (Meaning, 6 complete ones and 1 rolling head. And I'm just "upgrading" one of them and two heads are rolling this way soon. And the other one will be new Kinomes head. XD)

2. What are their names? :: Yoru, Syxnian, Kinome (upgrading), Siegfried, Bast, Talvi, Artemis(head only), Saikoro (it should be. If it still looks like the char when I get the head home.)

3. What are their molds? :: Iplehouse Akando, Dollshe Husky, Angell Studio Vera (Upgrading to Custom House Hyun as girl), Migidoll Ryu, CP Nanuri 07 (with 4 hands and a 2m long snake tail..), Latidoll Pury, Elysium Hugo-M and Soom Heliot. (phew)

4. How long have you been in the BJD hobby? :: 3,5 years?

5. Do you RP? If so, who is/was your favorite character to RP with? :: Yes. :) Yoru, Syxnian and Talvi. :D Yoru likes to fool around, Syxnian hates just about everything and Talvi likes everything. :)

6. Who is/was your favorite person to RP with? :: Hmm...Tough question. There's lot great players but I've been playing most with Ellu. (I love to annoy her chars with Yoru >:D. And I love when she counters it <3)

7. How many dolls have you ever sold? :: Depends how you count :D. None really as a character, But I've upgraded them. Your has had 3 bodies before this, Siegfried one and kinome 2 so I've sold 6 bodies, but the chars are still here. :D

8. Out of all of those, who do you miss the most? :: Old Siegfried. :o He was waaaay too short in the old body but somehow, I miss it a lot.

What is your favorite thing in this hobby? :: To be able to do stuff with/for them! >:D Sewing,photographing, drawing , faceupping, making stories, role playing, discussing about them with friends, holding them, watching them, trying new costumes and styles, upgrading them, making modifications, making props, furnitures and walls. Hmm. Everything with them I suppose. :D

10. Who is the first BJD that ever entered your house/that you ever saw in real life? :: The first 2 bjd:s I saw in real life was Noretus'es Jaakko and Itou. I fell in love with them instantly. At first I thought that this was waayyy too expensive hobby, but only couple months went by and I got my first doll, RML K-02 head, which was old Siegfried's head. :)

11. Who is the first BJD you ever fell in love with? :: The oldest I remember was CP Ani I think, but I'm not sure actually what count's as first love. XD But what hit me the hardest ever was Elysium Hugo. :D

12. What is the most you've spent on a doll (the actual doll itself)? :: My newest Yoru, 650 dollars. ... And I thought he was actually cheap for his size.. ^^;

13. What is your favorite photoshoot/photo you ever took of any of your dolls? :: Photos in a photostory named "passive agressive". I liked the poses and little details and the light was just perfect outside. I liked the pictures of it most :)

14. What is your funniest memory with any of your dolls? :: I can't remember actually. :D We have had so many funny situations concerning the dolls at home, meetups and irc. I think we fool around with them quite a much and laugh, so I can't pick just one. XD

15. What is your saddest memory with any of your dolls? :: when I was taking ex-Yoru's faceup away to make him a faceup that his new buyer wanted, then it hit me that I really was selling him away..I was about to cry.

16. Have you ever had a dream about your doll? If so, what was it about? :: I've had couple, but the newest one was just couple of days ago. :D There was my sister and myself, with some of our dolls in some cellar, and the dolls ...breathed. Really loudly, dryly and the voice was really rasp. And there was some half bodies BJD's in the floor that was moving. It was quite disturbing dream.

17. Which BJD out of yours would you never sell in a million years? :: Yoru and Syxnian. I might upgrade them to better molds maybe, but I coudn't let them go.

18. Name one thing that makes you erked in the BJD hobby. :: Drama. :/ but well, there's drama, where every you go and there is humans. XD

19. Would you ever consider "leaving" the hobby? :: Hmm. I know the hobby will leave me one day. It will not be now, but I'm quite sure someday I just notice that I haven't done anything with the dolls and I don't feel like it. And the feeling won't come back. I'd hope it woudn't never happen, but that just how it tends to go. But there is still always a chance, that the feeling doesn't go away. >:3

20. Who is the newest character you've thought up? :: there is three. :D for two, I don't know what doll form they will get, but other is a tan tall rasta guy and other is a small quiet little girl. (how boring they sound.. xD) and the one that I'm getting next, it actually my old char, Saikoro. A tall black haired girl :) She'll get supergem body when I get money and either Heliot, Onyx or some other soom head. XD

Muchos better.

I fixed my sewing machine, found it's manual, and cut pieces for 3 pants and started sewing ones XD

also, watching anime helped. ^__^v

And when the pants are ready, I'll take pictures of Yoru atlast.. lol. Sorry. XD (swell. Took only 2 weeks.. *whistles*

But well. Now he has tattoos too ^__^v. ...Boring tribal tattoos but still!
